About Victoria

Victoria is the Strategic Director of Women’s Environmental Leadership Australia (WELA) — an independent not-for-profit organisation supporting women and gender diverse leaders to transform Australia's response to our climate and environmental crises.

Victoria's career as a climate changemaker has spanned across sectors, and from the local grassroots to international campaigns. Victoria has formerly served as the National Climate Campaign Manager at the Australian Conservation Foundation, as Chair of the Climate Action Network Australia (CANA), and as Manager of Strategy at Bank Australia. Victoria lives between Gadubanud and Gulidjan Country, and Wurundjeri Country, and is a Project Manager for community-led bushfire resilience in the Otways.
