About CHRIS

Chris Andrew is social enterprise mechanic and business troubadour currently working with First Nations enterprises committed to nation building. An early career in the global investment banking and oil sectors underpin his focus on supporting people and businesses dedicated to accelerating community development outcomes. Chris holds degrees in Chemical Engineering and Teaching.

Dedicated to supporting First Nations led economic development, Chris, along with fellow Purpose 2023 presenter Paul Girrawah House, is one of the founders of Waluwin Foundation. Chris will dive into the topic of Indigenous-designed finance at this year's event. Chris and Paul's social enterprise is geared towards developing a whole-of-landscape response to supporting the purchase of freehold title farmlands by First Nations people and reviving traditional agricultural practices that care for Country.
