Born in Sydney, Paull has spent the past 17 years in the US building online movements for social impact.
Paull led digital at non-profit charity: water as it raised its first $50M online, was the first charity to have 1M Twitter followers and was the first to use Instagram
He joined Instagram & led the partnerships team for 5 years, launching IG Stories, Live, ranked feed & shopping
He then led the Facebook Social Impact partnerships team as they raised their first $1B online, including leading Facebook’s response to the 2019 Australian bushfires
He then led partnerships & GTM for the first climate product team at Meta
Now Paull is a consultant as a fractional marketing, GTM & product lead for climate & social impact focused efforts. He also invests in climate tech for NYC VC firm TMV, and is the co-host of the new podcast Climate Dads.
